Group Training is a fun yet still challenging alternative to private personal training. Each hour-long session is designed in a circuit format that challenges multiple energy systems of the body.

The activities performed vary depending on the experience and
fitness level of those participating but have the common theme of addressing components across a wide spectrum of fitness and performance that include:

  • Balance
  • Power
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Cardiorespiratory Endurance
  • Coordination
  • Agility
