All programs are individualized and created based upon a Priority Needs Analysis (PNA). The PNA is formulated using the client’s goals as well as findings from various assessments. Implementing the appropriate exercises, starting points and progressions is vital to the success of any exercise program. Not only do ​our clients continually reach new levels of fitness, function and performance, they do so by performing exercises and activities that most have not seen or done before.

Unorthodox to some, the methods we employ and the activities / exercises performed by our clients are challenging, fun and mostly non-replicable due to the unique equipment and layout.
