How effective are your workouts? Try out one of the SweatZone workouts, and you be the judge. SweatZone workouts offered by the Sweatshop are designed to push you to new levels of fitness, performance and stamina using the HIT principles of training. At the start of each session you will be provided with a MyZone monitor to track heart rate, effort level and physiological intensities, rest intervals, and calories burned. Oh yeah, then comes the workout.
